Serviceiou is a brand operated by Xinoy LLC. These draft terms concern use of the informational website and its discovery and inquiry journeys. They do not replace a separately agreed consulting or services contract.

Website materials describe AI consulting, value engineering, discovery conversations, Value Validation Packs, Solution Blueprint Packs and related services. They are general information, not advice tailored to every business or a recommendation to invest.
Scan results, calculator estimates and illustrative scenarios depend on your inputs and stated assumptions. They are preliminary signals, not validated forecasts, financial advice or guarantees of savings, revenue, ROI, feasibility or performance. Capacity value does not necessarily represent cash savings. Validate assumptions and risks before making decisions.
No engagement until agreed in writing
Browsing, completing a scan, booking a discovery conversation or submitting an inquiry does not by itself establish a client engagement or authorize delivery work. Scope, deliverables, responsibilities, timing and fees must be mutually agreed in writing before a client engagement begins. Implementation and ongoing operations may require separate scope.
Provider confirmation establishes only the booking or submission it describes. It does not confirm that a Value Pack has been accepted, purchased or delivered. This website has no payment checkout.
Ownership and acceptable use
Respect the rights of Xinoy LLC and any third parties in website content, software and materials. Viewing the site does not transfer ownership of those materials or of any future client deliverables. Rights in commissioned work belong in the written engagement agreement.
Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt services, submit malicious content, impersonate others or disclose information you lack permission to share. Avoid confidential data, credentials and sensitive personal information in general booking and inquiry interfaces.

External providers and links
Cal.com handles scheduling and Tally handles inquiries. Their interfaces load immediately when opened, and their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. Hosting is provided through Cloudflare Pages. Read the Privacy Policy’s Third-Party Services / Disclosures section before entering details.
Provider availability, form options, confirmation and data handling depend on those providers and account settings. The hosted links are alternatives if an embed is blocked; no successful booking or submission is promised by the website itself.
Reasonable limitations
Website information may need updating, and access or provider interfaces may be interrupted. Verify material details directly before relying on them for a business decision. Website estimates do not create a warranty of a particular business outcome.
