Who operates Serviceiou
Serviceiou is a customer-facing brand operated by Xinoy LLC. References to Serviceiou, we, us or our on this website refer to that brand and its operator. This notice concerns the website and discovery and inquiry journeys for AI consulting, value engineering, Value Validation Packs, Solution Blueprint Packs and related services.
OWNER REVIEW REQUIRED: provide and approve Xinoy LLC’s privacy contact and legal correspondence address, and confirm any formation, registration or representative disclosures required for the markets served. No separate incorporation, registered DBA, trademark status or regulatory certification is claimed for Serviceiou.
Information you choose to provide
The Serviceiou website does not provide its own name, email, phone or lead-submission form. You enter booking and inquiry details inside Cal.com or Tally. Depending on the published provider form, these may include contact details, availability, your selected service and information about your business problem. Only provide information you are authorized to share; avoid sensitive personal information, credentials and confidential business data.
The Business Value Scan and calculator process your numerical inputs and categorical answers in browser memory. The application does not automatically transmit or persist those answers, financial figures or results. Reloading clears the application state. Pack choices are also local; no unverified Tally prefill is used.
If you explicitly opt in and use Copy summary, the application writes a limited summary to your device clipboard. It includes only the value driver, classification and confidence, not your financial figures or raw answers. You decide whether to paste it into a provider form. Your device controls clipboard retention.
Third-party services and embedded content
Cal.com provides scheduling and Tally provides inquiry forms. Opening their Serviceiou overlay loads the external interface immediately, without an additional consent screen. Visiting a direct booking or inquiry page also loads its provider. Before you submit anything, this connection exposes your IP address and browser/request information to the provider, which may use cookies, storage or other services. The iframe is configured not to send a referring URL.
Details you enter are handled by the provider and may be made available to Xinoy LLC to arrange a discovery conversation, respond to an inquiry or discuss a Value Pack. A hosted fallback opens the provider in a new tab and is subject to that provider’s practices. Serviceiou does not receive a booking or submission confirmation merely because an iframe loads.
Provider privacy policies are linked below. Their statements do not establish the settings or practices of Xinoy LLC’s specific accounts. OWNER REVIEW REQUIRED: verify published fields, notification recipients, calendar/email integrations, subprocessors, international transfers, account agreements and any recording or optional AI features before launch. This website does not implement call recording or send scan data to an AI service.
Hosting and technical requests
Cloudflare Pages serves the static website. Loading a page necessarily sends technical information such as an IP address, requested URL, browser/request headers and timing to the hosting service. Hosting and security systems may process this information to deliver the site and detect abuse.
OWNER REVIEW REQUIRED: verify the Cloudflare account’s logging, analytics and security settings, access permissions, available log data, processing locations and retention. The source code alone cannot establish what the host retains or what the operator can access.
Purposes and sharing
The intended purposes of booking and inquiry information are to respond to your request, schedule a conversation, assess fit, discuss scope and communicate about an agreed service. Hosting information supports delivery and security. Separate written engagement documents should describe any client-project data processing.
OWNER REVIEW REQUIRED: approve the actual purposes, legal bases where required, authorized recipients and service providers, any marketing use, and any disclosure required by law. No claim about sale, sharing for advertising, international-transfer safeguards or regulatory compliance is made without verification. The website code does not automatically subscribe visitors to marketing or submit their scan results.
Retention and deletion
Scan state is held in browser memory by this application, rather than saved to a Serviceiou database. Provider submissions, inbox copies, calendar events and hosting records may persist separately.
OWNER REVIEW REQUIRED: approve a retention and deletion schedule for inquiries, bookings, correspondence, client records, logs and backups; identify who performs deletion across provider accounts and connected systems. We do not promise a deletion period or deletion of every backup before those procedures are confirmed.
Privacy requests and applicable rights
Depending on your location, the information involved and the laws that apply, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, or complain to a competent authority. Eligibility, exceptions and response deadlines depend on applicable law; this draft does not assert that any particular privacy regime applies to Xinoy LLC.
